For eleven years I was Captain of likely the most sustainable photo, film and events space. Now I have started my own sustainability consultancy to support other creative and entrepreneurial businesses transitioning into the green economy.

The kinetic energy and the all hands on deck mentality that come from being a small business, are exactly what can make small and medium creative businesses perfectly primed for the journey to Net Zero, they just need a little support.

My last decade was spent between the fashion, photo, film, events and hospitality sectors and my leadership style was largely collaborative and non-hierarchical.

 

In 2020 I was shortlisted for the Business Culture Awards Leadership Award and won their Corporate Social Responsibility Award. I have completed the University of Cambridge’s (CISL) Business Sustainability Management certification, Protection Approaches’ Community Building certification, albert’s [Bafta] sustainable production training and I am currently completing the Practioners IEMA; reserved for those working within sustainability and based on significant practice in sustainability.
